Lots in store for 2019, I feel it. As I've said, no matter to the extent that I reach my goals for the ECC, I will reach them and give it all I have. On New Year's Even of 2019, I enjoy my 125th consecutive day Chipotle meal in bed before going out to celebrate and bring in the new year - just downstairs at the W Hotel in Minneapolis - The Foshay. Inside that bowl with the lettuce creeping out, ready for 2019 is white rice, chicken, mild and corn salsa, sour cream, guac, and lettuce. Here we go, 2019!
