ECC Day 298: “Wind Down”

I’m 298 days into the yearlong ECC. I’ve also been over a full-time Jr. High School Counselor. There have been several times of exhaustion throughout the ECC journey. Yesterday was one of them; I needed an hour away from a device and text. I sat in the chair, on the couch, in silence, and pet kitty. Well, I talked to kitty some.😻I danced today @mangosf and winded down by TURNIN’ UP!
