ECC Day 353: “Power of the People” It’s incredible to witness & experience firsthand what people can do when they come together for a cause, to inspire & effect positive change. People have rallied around me since day 1 of the ECC, to support educators, students & me kicking guac at eating @chipotle once a day for one year.
