Thank you to Dads who show up to games, plays, graduations, parent-teacher conferences. Thank you to Dads who demonstrate to your children how to be a kind, compassionate, resilient, resourceful, optimistic human. Thank you Dads who teach your children how to write an essay, use a hammer, properly fill the gas tank, and effectively communicate with people. Your presence matters; you are loved and appreciated. To the Moms, Aunts, or any other identifying human who takes care of young people, and plays any parenting role, thank you. To the Dads who haven’t quite gotten there, keep working at it; do not give up on yourself or your family! Thank you, Dads! It takes a village! Keeping it real, Pops! 😉💙
